    独家秘籍之秋燥干咳自我调理

    秋风送爽,天气转凉,气候偏燥,很多人感冒后深受干咳的折磨。咽痒、咽干,紧接着咳嗽不止,有痰或无痰,到了晚上睡前更是咳得无法入睡,身体的不适也引起心烦易怒,抑郁萎靡等不良情绪反应。有人以为是感冒所致,大量服用感冒药、止咳药;有人害怕患了肺结核等大病,终日惶惶,四处就医。而且很多人到了医院检查胸肺未见明显异常,医师的处方就是抗生素,但是毫无效果。其实,多数人是感冒病毒所致的“咽炎”,失治日久,转为慢性,迁延不愈。抗生素在感冒早期、上呼吸道感染初期或者有作用,但是对于咽炎的干咳症状却不是很有效,还需要中医药治疗。通过中医辨证施治,整体调理,只要辨证准确用药合理,一般一周就可治愈。感冒后咽炎会复发,所以,患了咽炎的人要学会自我保健、自我调理。本人多年前患慢性咽炎,当时我还在读高中,经历了一个多月非人折磨的日子,想想真是不堪回首,还是吃中药汤剂治好的。后来,进入中医院校学习后,懂得了如何预防、处理,现在基本没有复发过。现在把我的独家秘籍告诉大家。

     

    饮食    润燥以津

    秋季燥邪偏胜,是咽炎高发季节。所以,要润燥为主,多喝水,多吃水果,如:梨、葡萄、苹果等,有人很喜欢吃橘子,但是咽炎期间最好少吃为妙。饮食以清淡蔬菜为主,肉类要减量,尤其是牛、羊肉等大热之品咽炎期间最好不吃。还有炖汤时记得不要放肉桂,少方花椒,因为一是大热,一是大辛,会加重咽炎病情。

     

    起居    避免熬夜

    熬夜的危害本人以前文章中已多有叙述。如今强调是因为本人及很多朋友的亲身经验所得,熬夜就是咽炎发作的重要诱因和缠绵不愈的罪魁。道理很简单,睡眠不佳,身体免疫力低下,所以患病。中医认为,熬夜伤阴,阴津不足,正是咽炎的主要病理机制。所以,咽炎的患者还是早早睡觉吧,别作夜猫子了。干咳得睡不着,怎么办?本人的独家秘方:口服含片睡,重症患者也就是2-3片就可搞定了。

     

    刮痧        邪自外解

    选颈前皮肤为刮痧部位(就是感觉咽部不适最明显的体表反应区),食指、中指微曲,以两指突出关节揪颈部皮肤,用力适中,摩擦使皮肤发红,以红紫起痧为准,每天一次,刮后可感到咽喉不适有所缓解。很神奇的刮痧,好像病邪真的被从体内揪出来了。

     

    治病不如防病,平时多多锻炼身体,增强抵抗力,饮食有节,起居有常,心平气和,疾病自然远离你的身体。预防感冒,就在很大程度上杜绝咽炎的发作。偶有受寒、上火等因素引起咽喉不适,就用上述的方法自行调理吧。
